Terms of the auction

Bids and deposits
Each new bid must meet the minimum shown for its spot. Stripe charges a deposit equal to 20% of the total bid. A bid becomes active after Stripe confirms payment.
Fixed-price iPhone sponsorship
Phone sponsor placements are not auctions. Stripe charges the complete listed price during Checkout. After payment confirmation and logo approval, the placement is reserved and cannot be outbid.
Outbid deposits
If a bidder does not win, the deposit is refunded to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network, and the bidder's bank.
Winning bids
The highest active bid for each spot at the published closing time wins. The remaining 80% is charged to the saved payment method. If that charge requires action or fails, the winner may be contacted to complete payment.
Logo review and license
Bidders confirm that they have the right to submit their logo and grant the site owner permission to display, print, photograph, and promote it for this project. Harmful, illegal, deceptive, or infringing submissions may be rejected and refunded.
Placement
Displayed zones and dimensions are the intended layout. Small manufacturing and placement tolerances may occur. The sticker remains on the laptop for the project period communicated by the site owner.
