Privacy policy

What we collect
When you bid, we collect your brand name, email, optional website and social handle, bid amount, and uploaded logo. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email and optional social handle.
Anonymous visitor statistics
We set a first-party, HttpOnly cookie containing a random identifier so one browser is counted once for each device it views. The visitor counter does not store an IP address, name, email, or browsing history.
Payments
Card information is entered directly on Stripe Checkout and is processed by Stripe. Brand My Mac does not store full card numbers. We store Stripe identifiers needed to reconcile deposits, refunds, and the winner's remaining payment.
Cloudflare storage
Auction, sponsorship, and waitlist records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Uploaded logos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and displayed publicly while the related brand leads, claims, or wins a spot.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept for the auction, payment reconciliation, legal obligations, and reasonable support needs. Contact the site owner to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
